When Cavendish Design & Advertising were commissioned by the Institute of Civil Engineers to produce a recruitment campaign aimed at first year graduate students they knew that video would play a key role in appealing to the audience.
Working closely with Cavendish, a highly stylised creative approach was adopted using only still images and text. Deconstructing and constructing the still images a dynamic pace was created, along with a visual metaphor for the work of civil engineers.
